This Privacy Policy explains how LeadsUp ("we", "us") handles information in connection with LeadsUp Tracer (the "Service").
1. Information we process
Account data: your name, company, email, and authentication credentials. Billing data: processed by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Customer-submitted & sourced data: the names, addresses, and resulting contact details you upload or source through the Service. Usage data: logs, request metadata, and activity needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, enforce limits and security, prevent abuse/fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your account information.
3. Third parties & processors
We use service providers to run the Service (hosting, payment processing, and data-enrichment sources). They process data on our behalf under appropriate terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. The contact data you obtain
Contact data produced by the Service relates to third parties (the individuals you are researching). You are an independent controller of that data and are responsible for processing it lawfully, honoring opt-out/deletion requests you receive, and complying with the FCRA restrictions, TCPA, and DNC rules described in our Terms. We may honor verified requests from individuals to suppress their information from future results.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed for the Service and legal compliance. Traced results and job data may be auto-purged after a configured retention period. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your choices
You can access or update your account information, request deletion, and contact us with privacy questions at Support@leadsupcallcenter.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, objection).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
