Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses LeadsUp Tracer (the "Service"). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Prohibited purposes (FCRA)
You may not use the Service or any data it provides to establish a consumer's eligibility for:
- credit or loans;
- employment, hiring, or background screening;
- insurance underwriting;
- housing, tenancy, or rental decisions;
- any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.
The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report.
Calling, texting & messaging
- Scrub all numbers against the National DNC Registry and any applicable internal/state lists before dialing.
- Comply with the TCPA and state laws, including consent, calling-time, and identification requirements.
- Do not use the Service for autodialed/prerecorded calls or texts without a lawful basis and required consent.
- Honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, stalking, threats, fraud, identity theft, or doxxing.
- Reselling or redistributing raw data in violation of these terms or law.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to discover the Service's data sources or methods.
- Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or access scoping.
- Uploading data you have no lawful right to process.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance. Questions: Support@leadsupcallcenter.com.
