How do I place a bulk order?
Use the custom pack on the Pricing page — up to 200,000 records, and the more you buy the lower the per-record price. For 200k+ or reseller pricing, message us with the topic “Bulk order.”
What kind of hit rate should I expect?
On real owner-occupied records we typically land 65–80%, and we aim for 90%+ overall — if a batch misses, we re-run the misses free.
Are the numbers DNC-scrubbed?
Yes — every trace is checked against your uploaded suppression list, and the federal DNC registry scrub is available as an add-on. You stay in control of TCPA compliance.
Do record packs expire?
Never. Buy a pack and the balance sits on your account until you use it. Cached records also re-trace free, so you never pay for the same record twice.
I don't have a list — can you get one?
Yes. Pull owners by county, equity, absentee, property type and more from 11 states of parcel data (nationwide via our paid source), then trace them in one flow.
Can you just do the calling for me?
Yes — LeadsUp Call Center will source, trace, dial, qualify and book appointments for you. See the Done-for-you page.
